Supported Features
Yes, you can upload new versions of files and MediaValet will track the version history, with the ability to revert to older versions.
We support over 300 different file types, including 3D files, Office files, PDFs and documents, as well as offer file previews for the industry’s largest number of file types. To learn more about the file types we support, contact us here.
All photos, videos, graphics, documents, spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs and 3D files can be previewed in MediaValet. Office 365 documents can also be edited directly from the system.
Yes, we offer drag-and-drop during the uploading process.

You need your approved username and password to log into your company’s MediaValet library. Contact your administrator for this information, or contact customer success for additional help at support@mediavalet.com.
No problem – it’s easy! To reset your password, click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and follow the prompts. You’ll be sent an email with instructions to reset your password.

Yes, we have an integration with Adobe Creative Cloud products, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as creative process solutions that enable high-volume production with other Adobe products, like Adobe Premier.
